Resep Masakan Khas Jabar : 
Empal Gentong (Cirebon)
Bahan Empal Gentong :
  1. 500 gram daging sanding lamur, rebus hingga empuk, potong-potong
  2. 250 gram hati sapi, rebus ingga empuk, potong-potong
  3. 250 gram limpa sapi, rebus hingga empuk, potong-potong
  4. 2 batang bawang daun, iris halus
